Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • We ship from the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
  • We process orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • If you need assistance with your order please contact us immediately at orders@zunzle.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • We require that payment information match the shipping addressee. We reserve the right to cancel orders for which the payment and shipping information do not match.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail
  • Some orders will require Signature Confirmation upon delivery.
  • A tracking number will be provided upon shipment of your order.
  • Signature confirmation requires a recipient to be present at the time of delivery. If there is no person present to sign for the package you will be required to re-schedule a delivery or to pick up your package with a valid ID at your local Post Office.
  • USPS Priority Mail delivery time is 1-3 business days.
  • We charge a flat shipping rate of $12.95 (plus applicable sales tax) for each product purchased.
  • Shipping carriers may have potential service interruptions. Our shipping times can be subject to these interruptions and are outside of our control.
